My Journey to Self Discovery

I am a software guy. A typical one, who goes to office in morning and never comes back till weekend. Yes, that’s what a typical IT guy do. They come home, but their mind is locked in emails, defects, deployments and escalations. I was fortunate to have a weekend. Some of us, don’t !
In 2010, I mate my friend, T. Narsimha, who was really inspired by Robert Kiyosaki’s book – Rich Dad Poor Dad. He wanted a business partner and I become his first business partner immediately. Only concern was, we haven’t decided what business to start.
We started exploring lot of options, and we quickly went to “Analysis-Paralysis” phase. We were not ready for anything. Being in this state for three months, I realized that Narsimha is not ready to start anything sooner. He want to prepare well and then launch start business. He wanted everything to be “Perfect”. I learnt my first business lesson
“Perfection is Obstacle to Progress”
So, I went ahead alone, to start my first training business. Or in India, we call it “Home Tuition”.
Yes. You guessed it right. That’s not a business. But I wanted that first step. It may be a crappy, loss making or even disrespecting. But First Step was important.

More ideas comes to you, when you are in action. Not when you are thinking, reading, meditating with pen and paper. I am not denying the importance of this learning process. What I am saying is, you do all that and not take any action will lead you nowhere.
Over the course of time, my home tuition model changed to online training course. I became an expert coach in IT skills, Soft skills, Interview techniques. And yes, I earned ! I earned more than 50 Lakhs – part time, but more important is, I made an impact on my students – someone got a job, someone got a salary hike, someone life’s got changed. That’s what matters.
In 2019, I decided to change my business pattern outwards. Teaching is my passion, I went through a journey to convert my passion to business. I know every stone in pathway. So I decided to share this path to world. To all those, who are looking for an option, looking for a way, a path, a road, a map for Passion to Business Transformation. Let the journey begin…
